I lead a Technical PMO, guiding early-stage market exploration and R&D projects responsible for developing the novel technologies to underpin future leadership in the health sensing arena.Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders within New Markets/Dexcom Labs, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory, I maintain alignment on scope and schedule while driving technology readiness forward at an aggressive pace across multiple fronts. Our team executes a complex portfolio of projects as well as the intricacies of our strategic roadmaps at multiple levels of detail requiring leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep appreciation for the nuances of unmet need exploration and early-stage technology development.
