It may seem cliché, but this actor-turned-bartender has truly dedicated his life to exploring hospitality and all its nuances, in creative and unique ways.To keep the work history brief:First few jobs in hospitality included serving and bartending in campus-town spots like Biaggi's, Miga, and KoFusion in Champaign, IL. I learned that being an actor was not my calling, but that sarcastically [and elegantly] serving cocktails was.I have managed the beverage programs for award-winning bars and restaurants like Robert et Fils, Cindy's, and Miga; I have also been seen bartending at Chicago standards like Bad Hunter and Boeufhaus. During these stints, I have participated in multiple cocktail competitions that have offered me the opportunity to travel and explore hospitality spaces around the world. We also offer virtual and in-person mixology classes! At this time, I also formed SPILL, a hospitality amplification platform that promotes the small businesses and side hustles formed and operated by hospitality workers around the country, as well as publish their writing and content via our magazine, Guest Check.
