Head Of Global Workplace Services, Real Estate And Security
CurrentOversee global workplace services department, real estate, operations, corporate travel and global security. Responsible for leading the strategic review of expansion into new cities/countries to meet the organization’s real estate growth and expansion. Manage annual OpEx and CapEx budgets and lead a team of Sr. Directors and Manager-level direct reports who are responsible for global workplace services, including security, workplace services team (reception, housekeeping, call center, and mailroom/copy center), global lunch program and event management.Direct responsibilities include:- Create vision and long-range plan for the organization; utilizing best practices, establish standards, policies, and procedures that can be implemented on a global basis; - Develop metrics to measure department performance and provide regular reporting to managing directors and c-suite teams.- Recruit top talent with the overall goal of ensuring that world-class service is provided consistently at the most competitive cost- Develop and retain a high-caliber team by assessing current and future needs and implementing an organizational structure that scales with the needs of the business- Oversee all operational aspects of company's portfolio, including in-house and vendor teams providing maintenance, logistical moves, events/meeting space preparation, janitorial, mail, print/copy, parking, business continuity planning and other office services- Develop, track and manage a multi-million-dollar budget while identifying trends and cost-savings opportunities with an eye on operational accountability; present annual budget to senior management- Drive real estate strategy, including directing financial analysis centered around growth, and oversee qualitative/quantitative analysis for various other projects - Oversee workforce safety, emergency preparedness, inspections, and compliance with local commuter programs
