Provided Tier II support for my customer base during their Onboarding which included but not limited to: Group Policy Integration, hardware integration, networking topology and hardware, Virtual Private Networks, virtualization, Physical to Virtual (V2P) and many complex environmental tasks that were unique to each high-profile customer. Established Replication of each customer’s Protected Servers to the Unitrends Cloud Services, maintaining focus on validating Disaster Recovery Readiness. I assisted high-profile customers with developing the standards, policies and procedures that would be implemented during a disaster and this was accomplished through investigation, planning, documentation and implementation of each customer’s current Disaster Recovery plan and the updated Disaster Recovery Plans and provided results for each test that included Application Recovery Time Objectives, Application Recovery Point Objectives, Network Mappings and IP Reconfiguration, Boot orders dependencies and Virtual Machine Time-out along with any user-defined acceptance tests. Provided technical support for high-profile customer’s during the initial DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) Testing where I worked to resolve Operating System, Application and infrastructure issues that resulted directly from a Disaster Recovery Fail-Over test in order to minimize all problems for that customer if they were to declare a true disaster.
