Electronic Spotlight is an original behind the scenes web-series focused on the people, places and sounds of the electronic music craze.Responsible for creating and leveraging relationships artists, their management and representation, record labels and event creators to secure and feature top-tier talent for the series. The series received over 750,000 unique views in its first season which was later acquired and syndicated by TimeWarmer’s “Electric Summer” TV channel. Electronic Spotlight went on to be represented by CAA, produced by Den of Thieves and piloted on MTV.

Participated in design and remodeling of a handful of residences around Chicago’s NorthShore. Work included client meetings, cost estimating, construction documents review, architectural design, 3D modeling, and creating bid packages for clients.

Oversaw and was responsible for the day-to-day on-site review of the post construction close-out of the Charles Shaw Technology and Learning Center. The project was the adaptive reuse of the Sears, Roebuck and Co. Powerhouse into the “Power House High School”. My duties included task- item completion, systems inspection, creating a noise mitigation scheme, planning of a auditorium-scale audio/video system, and coordination with consultants, historic society, contractors and subcontractors.

Oversaw the schematic design of the adaptive reuse of the original Sears, Roebuck and Co. Merchandise Building Tower into a cultural center. The project will act as the capstone to a 20 year effort to redevelop the original Sears, Roebuck and Co. headquarters and revive some of Chicago’s Westside. My duties included creating as-built drawings for the tower, systems inspection, structural overview, coordination with consultants, building department, contractors, and subcontractors, and proposing an conceptual re-design for the tower.
