In my role as MD for iNovar EMEA I am responsible for international sales growth at iNovar, outside of North America. The primary focus is the UK, Northern Europe and the Gulf and we will extend further as momentum builds and resources allow. A recent development has seen us expand with the appointment of additional Sales Agents although there is always room for more!My goal in 2017 is to develop a solid market entry and firm foundation with our ground-breaking 2Go Enterprise Application Mobility Layer (EnAML) solutions in all of our markets. I set up and grew this business as a reseller for the iDashboards product (based in Troy Michigan USA) into EMEA. I and my team won several software and services contracts , with clients in many sectors including NHS Trusts and Councils across the UK.

I founded Dart in 1995, initially to create the first User Group for Crystal Reports and then subsequently launched the Xcelsius product in 2004. As specialists in Data Analytics and Reporting Technologies, with the Xcelsius product we gained 400 clients in 9 months. The creators of Xcelsius, Infommersion were bought by Business Objects late in 2005 so there was a new master supplier and relationships to develop and transition to be managed.

I founded Chase in 1989, initially to develop sales of the R&R software package, Business Intelligence Consultancy and Training at senior European level. In 1995 we also entered an agreement to sell Crystal Reports, owned by Crystal Decisions. As a reseller of the Crystal Reports software plus training and consultancy I grew sales through the UK, Europe and EMEA. Clients included the NHS, Banks (Amex), Holding Companies (Dubai Holdings), Transport (Rail Safety Board). I grew Chase to 25 people. Crystal Decisions was then bought by Business Objects and Chase became a Business Objects partner.

I joined the Hutton team as a partner to focus on growing their International business in strategic high-level headhunting within the IT industry.I worked with a number of clients including Lotus, Microsoft and Relational Technology to develop and enhance their senior management teams both in Europe and the US.

Built an international sales distribution network for this Guernsey based software reseller.

I jointly founded Computacenter in 1982 with Peter Ogden and Philip Hulme and as the initial Managing Director headed up the creation and growth of this multi-site Apple and IBM PC Reseller before electing to move into the software industry.
