We joined the Digitalent Group (ISDI) to expand and enhance the exceptional Skylab experience under the new ISDI Coders brand. I oversaw the integration and scaling of our proven methodologies and high-performance standards into various cities, programs, and formats.As a mentor to an incredibly talented team at ISDI Coders, the goal was to preserve and instill the bouillon tablet of what made us US.At the end of theese 7 years, we had been the #1 coding bootcamp in the world and, through this, help more than 700 people change their life for the better.

Skylab Coders Academy became #1 web development bootcamp in Barcelona in 2017 and #1 best school in the world in 2020 according to SwitchUp.Barcelona's digital industry needed job-ready junior talent. The traditional talent sources were not enough both in quality and quantity, so we decided to demonstrate other ways were possible.
