I serve as a member of a financial over sight committee to monitor the financial operations of the city of Placentia. We focus on recommendations coming out of external audits to insure that the city implements internal controls necessary to insure that city financial operations have adequate and working internal controls.

I am a Realtor licensed by the state of California. I assist people with finding homes and condos to buy and help people sell their homes. My specialty is listing (selling) and buying single family homes. I am a "Short Sale" specialist certified by Tarbell Realtors.

Involved in audit of defense contractor Northrop Grumman. Audited B-2 program, F-18 program, and Northrop IGrumman Internal Information Systems business unit (responsible for all internal computer information systems within the Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Supervised the General Accounting Section responsible for financial reporting for Sierra Army Depot, responsible for job cost accounting, project accounting, general ledger, cost accounting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial condition.
