This collaborative effort ensures that partnership initiatives are seamlessly integrated into various aspects of Full Sail University, fostering a cohesive and synergistic approach.Representing Full Sail University, I actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, effectively building the institution's reputation and brand awareness within relevant circles.Building and cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders and partners is one of my key strengths, as I understand that strong alliances are crucial for the successful implementation of partnerships.The impact of these strategic partnerships goes beyond mere collaborations; they have led to groundbreaking research projects, fruitful faculty collaborations, and industry-driven initiatives that have redefined the role of education in shaping the future.

Building lasting relationships has always been an important element of my professional career; as Strategic Relationships Manager, I get to make a critical focus. As a Full Sail University brand ambassador, I work to strengthen awareness of the brand by developing new and building upon existing relationships with strategic partners. My goal is to create, sustain, and grow mutually benefiting, value-added relationships within the for-profit and the nonprofit business community.Fully embracing Full Sail University’s unique educational model, in this role, I develop marketing/sales outreach strategies, create experiential activities on and off-campus, and keep partners informed and actively engaged while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and compliance.

Full Sail Labs allows kids and teens to learn about filmmaking, gaming, robotics, and art in an interactive, hands-on environment through a STEAM-based learning curriculum. At the Full Sail Labs physical location we have built a fun environment for students and their parents to engage and learn through technology. In other initiatives, Full Sail Labs bring the technology to the students to deliver a unique learning environment wherever they are.As the Director of Community Outreach, I worked to grow the Full Sail Labs’ brand in Central Florida by building relationships with local schools who may have students interested in what we offer, community outreach at events, conferences, and seminars, as well as direct communications with home-schooling parents and students.Beyond spreading the word about all of the great work we are doing at Full Sail Labs, internally I worked to develop and execute goal-oriented marketing plans for school year, teens, home-school, and school joint-venture programs. I worked to maintain a fun, positive work environment, trained new team members, and built lasting relationships with employees by empowering them to grow personally and professionally.

The admissions team at Full Sail University is responsible for assisting individuals along their journey to becoming a student - identifying degree program fitment, exploring scholarship and financial aid options, and helping prepare them for life as a student.With an eclectic offering of degree programs and the need to understand the nuances of the education industry, having a properly trained Admissions Team is crucial to achieving institutional goals. As the Admissions Training Coordinator, I worked with the leadership team improve existing training programs and to develop and implement new training initiatives. In addition to training new employees, I worked directly with Team Leaders to provide training on new management techniques, interdepartmental procedural changes, and to improve technical skills.Through my efforts in this role I was able to increase efficiency within the department, improve employee learning outcomes, and to identify opportunities within the department to meet and exceed admissions-related goals.

As an Online Admissions Representative, I worked in a collaborative environment to identify and recruit qualified candidates for Full Sail University’s academic programs. Through my assistance and guidance, I ensured that students met the college’s eligibility requirements to enroll as a student at Full Sail University. This position adhered to strict governmental regulations set by the U.S. Department of Education, which required exceptional organization skills and time management.My goals in this position were to demonstrated a positive attitude, become a role model for young professionals starting their own careers, and to motivate prospective student to pursue their passion.
