Since 2009 I have negotiated challenging business and program constraints, collaboratively between a variety of stakeholders to deliver results. Delivering beyond expectations is what fundamentally drives me, most apparent in setting up fundraisers, social projects and new organisations that have pushed established boundaries.

In 2020 we have refocussed on supporting vulnerable students and multi-disability groups. Collaboratively designing grass-roots projects with community leaders, committees and service users across Nepal has been the most rewarding part of this experience.

An essential part of this role included recruiting and training staff to work across multiple sites, in accordance with FSA legislation and operational procedures I established. Setting up the flagship Café W in Piccadilly, winning Speciality Retailer of the Year, (St Albans, 2013) and working with the Department of Work and Pensions to retrain unemployed clients are my three best memories from these roles.
