Working with companies to develop recruitment strategies to connect with students and alumni looking for permanent roles, projects and summer internships. Since 2012 we have seen the number of MBA students take an internship in Tech grow from 12% to over 40%, with the number of permanent hires growing from 7% to over 25%.Work with student clubs to organise speaker events, networking sessions and company visits in UK and internationally including visits to Silicon Valley, New York, Berlin, Amsterdam and Dublin. Work with students to advise them on careers in the technology and VC sectors on a one-to-one and group basis. Sessions focus on CV, cover letter, interview techniques and industry insights.Run annual series of panel events exploring careers in different areas of tech (Product, VC, Media, Start-ups) bringing in speakers from the likes of Google, Amazon, Uber, Microsoft, Meta, Project-A, Notion Capital, Octopus Ventures, Encord, Forest, Cleo, MMC Ventures, Moonfire and Sequoia Capital. Run sessions with Tech Nation including Introduction to London Tech Scene and an Introduction to the Tech Nation Visa.Partnered with VCs and Incubators / Accelerators such as Seedcamp, Microsoft Accelerator, Antler, Zinc and Wayra to connect our students with leading start-ups for business projects and internships.
