The plan focused on scalability, popular software choices like QuickBooks Online, Bill.Com for example, creating executive dashboards for performance measurements, staffing models to blend bookkeepers, high quality college accounting interns (for efficient wage, quality work, and potential future recruitment), and part time/retired CFO's for experience/networking, and creating synergy to introduce other popular payroll & HR consulting services. • Two additional outsourced business plans were developed and presented to the board of directors with approval to finalize marketing and infrastructure plans. They are: #2 Payroll with HR and Benefit Administrative Support, and #3 IT Managed Services and Cybersecurity Consultation. • BlueStone Payroll & HR Essentials, LLC was created for marketing plan #2. • Business plan #3 is evaluating acquisition or partnering with a brilliant, local professional firm focused on providing outstanding cybersecurity services.
