Responsible for customer service, quoting, costing, marketing, and planning of all products and services provided from the KYOCERA SGS Tool Tech Hub with a primary focus on Engineering Support, Solutions & CAD Modeling.

Responsible for setting up and operating manual or CNC machine tools to perform various types of machining operations, such as milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and turning in order to meet print specifications. Served as a member of the Human Performance Evaluation Team (HPET) for 2 years, evaluating & implementing various workplace safety & production efficiency improvements. Lead and presented a project for an efficiency improvement initiative on behalf of the Operational Excellence Team that was presented to the Admiral of the U.S. Navy while touring the Lynchburg, Va. facility.

Responsible for all Sales & Marketing, Inventory Control, Vehicle Inspection & Purchasing, Merchandising & Retail Preparation, and Tracking & Trending Sales and Budgeting. Successfully Purchased, Reconditioned, and Remarketed over 150 vehicles year after year. Increased traffic and generated new sales leads using a unique Social Media Marketing Strategy, as well as, local advertising techniques.
