With over 15 years experience in producing trustworthy, responsible, and credible valuation services of all types of commercial real property, my work has been throughout the United States. My appraisal and valuation reviews have been for real property in the U.S., Central & South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and Australia.My experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, medical office, special use facilities, airplane hangars, and right-of-way valuations in addition to vacant land.Clients have included various federal and state governmental agencies, local municipalities, quasi-public agencies, REITs, financial institutions, lenders, private individuals, and estates.Outside of real estate valuation, I spend my free time enjoying my family, trying to maintain a top world ranking in masters track & field, and in the world of sports fandom.
