Driven provides a one-stop developer’s toolkit for connected cars from the cloud by providing a single API for a variety of connected car makes and devices. By relieving developers of the pain points of building their solutions for multiple ecosystems, we can enable more rapid turnover in app development and innovation.

● Developed the requirements and implemented the operational strategy for launching the cloud computing business inside of the broader corporate organization, with particular emphasis on change management for IT, Legal, and Finance.● Worked with the Vice-President of Cloud Computing to drive a critical, multi-million dollar investment through the executive team’s approval process.● Successfully directed a ten person, cross-border developer team to implement a new order process for SYNNEX’ largest software partner. As a result of this effort, we were recognized by the vendor as the industry leader in this field.● Managed a three person team and implemented a turn-around strategy for a $15M software line which consistently faced declining sales and margins over the past few years, resulting in a sustainable model and over $100k in incremental rebate earnings.● Performed market research to profile and identify customers seeking to augment their current businesses with cloud computing products versus on-premise alternatives.● Widely recognized within the organization as an innovator with strong computer skills, able to leverage that knowledge to create in-depth analyses and new automated tools that improve team’s performance.

● Provided program support and financial management for numerous multi-million dollar, global engagements focusing on central bank reform in emerging economies, including Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Indonesia, Jamaica, Serbia, and Vietnam.● Successfully launched and managed a two year, $1.2M Financial Sector Strengthening Project in Azerbaijan. Coordinated day to day relationship with prime contractor. Responsible for financial oversight, coordination of field personnel, and contract management from the home office.● Reported directly to the Vice President of Emerging Markets regarding project performance; tracked performance of peer analysts working on a large $125M project in Egypt and intervening as necessary to ensure operational excellence.● Initiated and participated on multiple in-house projects to improve operational speed and consistency though computer automation for invoicing, project accrual tracking, employee allowance payments, business development workflow tracking, and contract automation.● Participated on numerous deal teams for international projects, especially in modeling and costing for budgets ranging up to $15M and spanning multiple years.● Trained and counseled newly hired employees and peers on policies, procedures, and professional duties.
