• Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets. • Continually work with improvement teams to refine manufacturing processes and maximize profitability. • Supervise accounting and IT departments and streamline all functions through continuous team improvement and technological advances. • Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits.• Report directly to CEO and function as member of the corporate steering team. • Serve as a director for the company's charitable foundation.

• Manage all investments, disbursements and reporting for foundation funds. Interact with taxing authorities and provide all necessary reporting.

Manage all real property and have custody, or provide custody, of all tangible personal propertyMaintain at all times the absolute financial integrity of the Corporation and maintain adequate income and reserves to ensure timely payment of all financial obligations and the proper utilization of Corporation funds for their intended purpose.Appoint and remove, employ and discharge, supervise, and except as otherwise provided in the Bylaws,prescribe the duties of the Executive Director of the Corporation.
