As a Product leader at Monster/Randstad, I have led the Monster's efforts in multiple areas ranging from the Candidate job application flow, a social advertising platform, the company's saved search/job alert emails and both Monster’s and Randstad’s mobile apps. In this role, I have worked with multiple cross-functional teams to set product strategy, identify and define product requirements, and prioritize user stories.The Social Job Ads service provides businesses with additional ad distribution options by publishing ads to targeted groups on Facebook and Twitter.Job Alert emails are sent to over 3 million job seekers on a daily basis based on search criteria the job seeker has defined. The criteria are matched to jobs by search engine with those that have the highest relevance included in the email. During my tenure, I have led efforts to test and deploy numerous enhancements to the content and design of these emails, resulting in more than a 30% rise in the application rate and a 50% increase in deliverability among the four largest email service providers.

As a member of the Executive Leadership team, I partnered closely with the Founder and other leaders to guide the company's business and operational strategies. Oversaw a move to new office space from a technology and planning perspective.I had overall responsibility for the product and service strategy as well as service and feature definition. Set up a process for moving functional requirements from conception through design, prioritization, implementation and testing. Worked with the design team to define specific product requirements aimed at migrating the existing HTML-based enterprise software platform to a more user-friendly, graphically-oriented retail performance improvement system. In this position, I built and led a team responsible for all facets (requirements and flows through implementation and QA) of Aquent's externally-facing web and mobile platforms. These include the Marketing websites for both of Aquent's staffing brands, multiple co-branded properties and a complete redesign of Heads Up, Aquent's mobile app for iOS and Android. During my tenure, aquent.com’s lead generation increased 50% and the site’s bounce rate dropped 30%.In addition, I have directly contributed to, and overseen, all aspects (requirements and flows through implementation and QA) of two new platforms: Aquent's MOOC (thegymnasium.com) and a new internal recruiting platform.

Established a franchisee company to license, build and launch the flagship unit of the Tossed fast casual restaurant chain which generated $900K in revenue in the first nine months leading to the sale of the business to another of Tossed Franchise Corporation’s franchisees.Identified location and negotiated lease, oversaw construction. Implemented, operated and supported PoS, and other electronic infrastructure systems. Managed overall restaurant operations as well as liaising with both the franchisor and other franchisees.
