I am an architect with many years of experience in Interior Architecture (Commercial and IT office, Public Space, Education, Retail), Architecture (Multi-Family, Education, Office, Retail, Mixed-Use, Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA), and Master Planning (Mixed-Use, Planned community, Office, Retail, Site Development), with a focus on creative and innovative design concept generation through strategic decision making processes. Concepts are developed and presented through my hand sketches, Sketch-up and Adobe programs. I have completed an extensive facility condition inventory and assessment survey for the Technical Schools/ State of Ga. for MarxOkubo/ Atlanta. The information from over 500 buildings will be imputed and processed through Builder® database. This position required: site visits, inventory and status assessment, as well as quality control and report gathering within the Builder® format. The final report will be submitted at year’s end. I have also completed a test FCA for seven buildings on a major South Georgia University campus. Additional buildings are selected fall assessments.In addition, I’ve lived and worked in India for NELSON India, an international arm for NELSON US, and I lead the design team for new Bangalore office and the Delhi team as well splitting management responsibilities between NELSON Atlanta office and the India offices. Help found and manage MSTSD inc, a multifunction architectural firm in Atlanta. I helped grow a 5 partner firm into a 45 person firm.Specialties: CRITICAL THINKING & PROBLEM SOLVING: Analysis and evaluation, assessment, and implementation plan.LEADERSHIP & POSITIONING: Program / Project Management and Team Building3d VISUALS & INFORMATION DESIGN: Full knowledge with Sketch-up. The proposal technique utilizes Photoshop CCS 2, Adobe In Design, Adobe Illustrator, Autocad & Revit. and a well honed "hand sketch" technique.
