I'm an aspiring servant leader who specializes in building and developing high performing talent acquisition teams. Our team's greatest results come when I'm serving them; removing barriers, simplifying processes, clarifying priorities, then getting out of their way. I utilize a situational leadership approach in supporting, challenging, and developing our team. Without doubt, the most joy I've experienced in my career is watching the development and growth of the great TA professionals I've been fortunate to lead!I've come to learn that all great leaders have 2 consistent qualities; humility (being others focused) and character (doing the right thing). This has become my daily focus and I strive to perfect it by actively listening to my team and behaving in a loving way to each of them. A healthy dose of discipline and a strong moral compass remind me to do what is not always easy or natural.Outside of the "working world" I'm blessed with an incredible family who are understanding and accepting of my passion for coaching football, long-distance running, improving my golf game, crossing off "bucket list" items, and Michigan Football & Basketball.....Go Blue!
