I served as Co-Director of Events for the Association for the Sacramento ATD Chapter as the Co-Director of Events. Along with my Co-Director, I planned a year of speaking engagements for our chapter members. I contracted with knowledge experts in the Talent Development field to speak to our members, managed the day-of event logistics, administered evaluation surveys, and networked with members.The Association of Talent Development (ATD) is the largest professional association in the world for those involved in training and talent development. The ATD Sacramento chapter is a non-profit organization focused on the talent development needs of the greater Sacramento area for more than 40 years.The mission of the Sacramento Chapter of ATD is to provide members with professional development and networking opportunities with a local perspective.
