Worked as Creative Services Coordinator for Progressive Commerce. Email marketing work included image-to-HTML email blast designs, setting up, validating, and scheduling HTML email blasts to a 65,000+ list of opt-in recipients for the travel industry, and assisted clients with implementing standard email marketing practices to ensure best deliverability. Creative work included the preparation, color correcting and uploading of over 4,000 product images, website assets, and collecting information for product pages, including quality assurance.

Helped setup and maintain a customized order site between UFPI and a major retail chain by creating, designing and editing catalog pages, category headers, product thumbnails, marketing copy and maintaining 600+ products. Performed Quality Assurance by cross-referencing documents and spreadsheets to ensure products, prices, store and contact information were correct across 1,500+ stores.

Created layout designs for various B2B publications. Led the launch of a magazine redesign/rebranding project. Worked with an off-site printer to provide print-ready PDFs and special print projects - such as bellybands, multi-page inserts, procovers, polybagged inserts, etc., designed & scheduled e-media for seven publications - including e-mail blasts, eNewsletters and video content, and assisted in maintaining seven websites.

Created the layout for a daily newspaper and three weekly newspapers, working with story flow and jumps, headline decisions, and led the design of featured stories. Worked with our off-site printer to provide them with print-ready PDFs.
