Faced with an EBITDA loss of a negative $7M in 2008, I slashed expenses, reduced payroll, mapped and improved processes, to turnaround profit to a positive EBITDA of $4M plus in 2010, stopping a three year sales decline, resulting in year on year revenue growth of 6% in 2010. -
