I oversee services spanning 11 counties with an annual budget of approximately $20M.A sampling of my accomplishments:- Optimized our IT function resulting in improved alignment with business operating structure, a 30% reduction of corporate office IT staff, and higher customer satisfaction.- Using a risk-based approach, I led Methanex through the financial crisis, identifying a 50% decrease in IT spending during crisis years.- Directed the technology implementation of the company’s first green-field project in Egypt.
