-Production management of Paint Facility: Analysis of quality defects and implement countermeasures with a root-cause analysis with the objective to reduce production scrap and secure a high OEE and FTQ.-Paint inventory management: Track the daily consumption of the material used during the production and maintain under control any possible variation.-Creation and development of new car models projects: Design of robot teaching programs, root-cause analysis of the first quality defects from the new car models while coordinating the production team.

-Technical Training of 6 months in Germany for Blow Fill Seal Machines.-Responsable of creating projects that improve the OEE of the production lines based on a breakdown time analysis using 4M and 5Ws-H methodology and cost reduction of materials used for production.-Production leveling, batch monitoring, root-cause analysis all with aim to reduce costs in the production department or production order cost.

-Responsable for the efficiency of blow fill seal and sleever machines.-Improvement of maintenance plans and training plans for BFS and sleever machines. -Reduction of breakdowns in 5% for the Sleever machine during a 4 month period.

Responsible of developing preventive maintenance projects for 500 different equipment that will reduce the amount of breakdowns during the production process in the paintshop facility.

Responsible of coordinating educational workshops and conferences that are offered to students’ parents throughout the semester.
