-Responsible for the management and installation of up to 20 millions usd valued automation systems in brown and green fields.-Coordinate the activities on site of software programmers and mechanical installers while keeping communication with our customer. Final delivery is a 100% automated system based on reliability and functionality that adapts with the new or current ERP system from the plant or warehouse and achieving 100% customer satisfaction.-Accomplish project schedule in a timely and efficient matter. Preventing delays that can affect the critical route of the project.-Coordinate possible modifications to the on-going project and proposal for solutions for gaps in the initial design of the project.-Coordinate remotely and on site, involving an international team, to solve hardware or software issues.

-Production management of Paint Facility: Analysis of quality defects and implement countermeasures with a root-cause analysis with the objective to reduce production scrap and secure a high OEE and FTQ.-Paint inventory management: Track the daily consumption of the material used during the production and maintain under control any possible variation.-Creation and development of new car models projects: Design of robot teaching programs, root-cause analysis of the first quality defects from the new car models while coordinating the production team.

-Technical Training of 6 months in Germany for Blow Fill Seal Machines.-Responsable of creating projects that improve the OEE of the production lines based on a breakdown time analysis using 4M and 5Ws-H methodology and cost reduction of materials used for production.-Production leveling, batch monitoring, root-cause analysis all with aim to reduce costs in the production department or production order cost.

-Responsable for the efficiency of blow fill seal and sleever machines.-Improvement of maintenance plans and training plans for BFS and sleever machines. -Reduction of breakdowns in 5% for the Sleever machine during a 4 month period.

Responsible of developing preventive maintenance projects for 500 different equipment that will reduce the amount of breakdowns during the production process in the paintshop facility.

Responsible of coordinating educational workshops and conferences that are offered to students’ parents throughout the semester.

Representative of Apple Education Mexico in ITESM, Campus Monterrey Demos, workshops, and talks to over 1,000 people.
