We deliver accredited courses and in AI, Software Development, Extended Reality (XR), Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Process Automation, and Modern Workplace, while also offering bespoke training solutions, custom curriculums, and employer-focused academy services.At Code Nation, we don’t just teach digital skills—we create opportunities. We work collaboratively with employers, industry groups, and partners to shape the curriculum to ensure our graduates are relevant in the ever-evolving digital workforce.Before Code Nation, I have a track record of successful ventures in technology, consulting, and outsourcing. I founded a global outsourcing business within PwC, created the Design Build Operate model, established and sold a European outsourcing advisory practice to PwC and led on various technology sector acquisitions globally. My experience extends to setting up and exiting a technology consulting business, running regional consulting practices for PwC and KPMG in the UK, and leading IBM’s European Application Development business. I've raised funds, advised on fundraising and supported a number of businesses and business owners grow.Alongside these, I’ve contributed as a guest lecturer at Lancaster University on Management Consulting and mentored MBA students across the UK for Manchester University and `Lancaster University. I’ve developed impactful systems, such as an international forex system for the rail industry and an income recognition model for train operating companies. With a background spanning coding, technology implementations (eg SAP, Microsoft, PeopleSoft, Oracle), finance leadership roles, commercial management accountant roles, and consulting leadership roles, my focus has always been on creating talent, driving value, and leveraging new and emerging technologies for transformation.
