For over 8 years, I led the successful analysis, development, and implementation of SaaS products for local governments. I also optimized operational and business processes that allowed PROCHAMPS to position itself as a profitable market leader and experience double-digit customer growth and revenue each year. My leadership and focus helped position PROCHAMPS for acquisition in 2018. As a Client Partner for IBM for over 7 years, I established trusted relationships with many Fortune 50 customers by expertly guiding them through the successful analysis and implementation of operational and business process optimization solutions using the Lombardi BPM platform. While delivering these successful engagements, I also led IBM Client Partners in revenue delivery. I was awarded Client Partner of the year for three consecutive years before leaving IBM to join PROCHAMPS. I co-founded BinaryBus, which ran successfully for 14 years. While serving at BinaryBus, I managed the success of local government customers. I also led operations and the design, development, implementation, and delivery of a SaaS solution that provided easy access to parcel data to the public. I led the effort to merge BinaryBus with PROCHAMPS in 2010. As a Unit Diary Chief in the USMC, I ensured that all unit operations events were recorded and administered correctly. As a Marine and a veteran of Operation Desert Storm, I experienced the results of discipline, teamwork, and effective leadership.
