I monitor all Medicare regulations for the Long Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTCH), the Rehabilitation Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Unit, Outpatient Therapy, and other Outpatient Services for the system. I currently prepare the annual Medicare Cost Report for six hospitals, with an additional eight in the future due to recent acquisitions. I work close with the business office on specific accounts to ensure full and accurate payments. I have managed the accounting department which included two controllers, and a staff of seven, handling all aspects of the finance department, including general accounting, payroll, accounts payable and financial analysis until the owner moved all functions out of state in 2012.

I directed three employees who were responsible for the budget, charge master, and financial analysis.
