My contract in IP development for a whole family of memory sub-systems has been extended and will keep me busy until the end of September 2024.I started working in semiconductor design in 1979. Since 1993 I have worked as an independent freelance designer on over 50 design and implementation projects, joining teams all over Europe at many of the major semiconductor companies. Most of my contracts in recent years have been repeat business and almost all have been extended.I have worked on all aspects of SoC design flows from several major semiconductor companies, using tools from most of the leading EDA companies.
