• Manage institutional relations with national and international strategic actors in the field of sustainability in order to support Spain’s private sector contribution to sustainable development and promote sustainable and inclusive business, social innovation and responsible investment in emerging countries.• Responsible for the ICEX ImpACT+ Program, supporting Spanish companies in their internationalization strategies in developing and emerging countries through sustainable and inclusive business models. • Manage ICEX’s bilateral and multilateral relations with international trade promotion organizations, international organizations and other strategic partners working in the field of trade promotion. • Manage ICEX's multilateral relations with the European Commission as regards the EU’s strategy for internationalization of SMEs, as well as ICEX’s participation on EU projects and programs.• Coordinate bilateral relations with ICEX’s regional offices in Spain and with Spanish regional trade promotion organizations in close coordination with Spain’s network of economic and trade offices worldwide.

• Provide technical assistance to the Government of Haiti on development and reconstruction projects (identification of needs, projects research, preparation of bidding documents, compilation of strategic plans and more).• Support local government to design and conduct mid-long term operational management/strategic plans, legal and administrative models and a financial plan for the Haitian National Directorate of Water and Sanitation (DINEPA).• Establish dialogue with national government, multilateral donors, partners and stakeholders to maintain effective working relationships, sustainability and increase cooperation.• Project identification, planning, implementation, budget control, monitoring and reporting (total budget managed by IADB: 70 M USD, total budget managed by AECID: 100 M USD).• Assist Spanish competent authorities and collaborate with key stakeholders on development and reconstruction projects in Haiti.• Monitor of Spanish companies in Haiti; Identification and fostering of investment opportunities.Compilation of reports on Haitian investment, economic and commercial policies.• Organising direct trade missions to Haiti.• Represent Spanish government at forums, workshops and meetings.
