• Lead teams of 7 to 15 internal and external resources to develop, support, and enhance strategic projects solutions for enterprise middleware integration. Solutions included extract, transform, and load file processing (Ab Initio, unix/linux), web services (Windows IIS / Microsoft C#), messaging, and other real-time solutions for the business requirements• Directed in-house and supplemental development teams delivering initial cloud based application program interface (API) designs in Azure (Microsoft C#.net).• Architect responsibilities for expansions, enhancements and new functionality for a cloud based coupon and customer facing rewards system (Microsoft C#.net), reducing manpower requirements for customer support• Developed reporting and metrics process (Microsoft C#) to monitor Web Service analytics and monitor Web Site access, usage and load data• Designed and guided a customer management system within Teradata Data Warehousing, enabling marketing decisions, improved customer service and cost reductions for outsourced media targeting• Led architecture and development for vendor data integration guidelines to support collaborative solutions between partnerships including Apple, eBay, and Google• Architected design solutions for real-time messaging of POS sales data, enabling improved business agility and corporate reporting• Directed development of an information bus framework and service oriented architecture (Windows IIS - SOA) design solutions, providing reduced design/development costs for data integration• Implemented vision and design concepts for a middleware data repository solution providing flexible integration on commonly used data, thus improving time-to-market efficiencies for system integration requirements• Planned data transformation and consolidation models for Business Intelligence and executive level reporting and corporate analytics• Implementation of Teradata Data Warehouse to provide enterprise level “big data” repository

Formed and directed team responsible for design and standardization of Enterprise Service Oriented solutions utilizing web services, messaging, and data integration strategies• Chaired newly formed Application Architect Committee comprised of cross functional Technical Consultants, Project Managers and DBA representatives• Enterprise Architect Committee member - duties included defining the Corporate architecture strategy as well as consulting guidance for Enterprise level large scale projects• Developed the shop’s initial Microsoft .NET solutions for a small B2B Pilot Project and Web Services/SOA for a reusable data integration pilot

Lead for Project Integration Team for implementation of Retek Merchandising Package • Designed process flow scripting for Retek Unix/Oracle batch requirements and the integration with existing legacy systems• Designed and developed MQ Messaging solutions for system integration requirements• Partnered with DBA Team to extend Oracle Structures for support of RadioShack Retail solutions

• Provided innovative design solutions to improve overall Business productivity, such as a Window’s based, real time Print Request Facility, and distributed e-mail notification system for purchase planning and forecast monitoring• Designed and Developed multi-User Client Server system to support Promotions, Projections, and Sales Tracking• Extended existing Inventory/Merchandising processes into an integrated system facilitating day-to-day supply chain functions and providing management control capabilities

• Developed and deployed system to manage sales projections and purchase planning for RadioShack’s 4500 Stores and 8,000 sku cross section matrix• Developed the architecture and software to facilitate data access from distributed systems (database backend design) as well as ad-hoc User access via first generation desktop reporting tools.
