We have acquired two Hospitality businesses (Phoenix Hospitality and Bridgegate) and taken on more and more clients, diversifying our Guarding and Hospitality portfolio. We provide our clients with full nationwide coverage and ensure we deliver on deployment assignments across England, Wales and Scotland. Our people are our priority and our biggest asset - we have a database of over 150,000 registered personnel and hundreds of new applicants each week. We are passionate about working with exceptional people and we now have an extensive management structure in place with a wealth of retail, guarding and hospitality experience.We put our clients first. Full responsibility for the 3 following areas of the business:1) Internal Recruitment - attracting the best and most appropriate people to our business who we believe will add value to the services we offer to our clients and candidates.2) Onboarding and Induction - making sure that particularly during the first 6 months of employment (and certainly beyond that on a continued basis), I ensure that people enjoy working for the company, are clear about our proposition (internally and externally) and new starters are as informed as possible on everything relevant to them in their role. 3) Learning and Development - training for all existing employees who each have personalised plans, tailored specifically to their requirements, to enable them to progress upward within the business, as well as getting the most out of their existing roles.

Following graduation I spent a couple of years in various sales/logistics positions. I benefited from the experience gained within the Commercial (Internal and External Sales) and Supply Chain functions in different companies. This knowledge, particularly from the sales roles, gave me a good initial grounding for the career in recruitment I embarked upon.
