Wholly owned subsidiary of Kobelco Japan. Wholesale distributor of construction equipment machinery under the brand name of Kobelco. 2018 turnover of $140 and 20employees. During the period 2004-2013 the business had turnover of $140m & 80+ employees. Through this period KCMA was involved in the JV with CNH/KCMJ for the distribution of Case & New Holland Construction Equipment. Kobelco product was added in 2008 and this required the smooth transition of the new dealer network and developing and building new relationships. In addition to this it required the management of the risk of the new dealer network.I have visited the local dealer network, involved in dealer meetings and presented at the dealer conferences. Visits have occurred to HO for JV issues with CNH, financial reviews & SAP system implementation projects.

Achievements:• Internal review (2016) from Japan HO on financial transactions highly successful result & reinforced the strong governance and controls that are in place• Smooth implementation of new dealers – Liftrite 2016 Westco 2015• Successful and on time implementation Dealer Portal 2015 which was rolled out to the dealer network• Advised & worked with dealers & GE Capital on the business changeover by coordinating all parties to reach the final settlement in 2015 – Asset value $2.6m• Assisted in organizing First World Wide Finance meeting with KCMJ 2014• Successful completion of asset sale to CNH 2013 by ensuring the accuracy of the data presented and working well with the external consultants in charge of the asset valuation process• Provide financial advice & support to wholly owned retail store GM’s 2011-13 with the focus on margin & costs• Responsible for successful startup on Case NSW wholly owned retail store in 2010 from the ground up.
