With a BA in International Relations focusing on Diplomacy and Foreign Policy — complemented by a Minor in French — David is experienced in Organizational Skills, Diplomatic Protocol, Team Leadership, Time Management, Analytics, and Records Management, thanks to his insightful working experience at the Ministry of Foreign & Diaspora Affairs, Kenya.His experience working at Hemlane has also given him a platform to develop his Customer Service and Calendar Management Skills which included, but were not limited to, coordinating schedules between clients and service technicians to ensure maintenance and repairs were planned seamlessly and with minimal hiccups.Currently he works in the Retail Banking sector at NCBA Bank Kenya PLC as a Service Ambassador. Here, David uses his customer service skillset to the benefit of the organization, while exploring how his new field of work can seamlessly connect to Diplomacy, Foreign Policy, and Global Affairs.
