Im the direct link to my Marketing and Promotions Director with an exceptional knowledge of the Latin and General Market as well as the current Station(s) Format.Responsibilities & Duties as follow:• Coordinate Entravision radio promotions with MPD• Market analysis and research• Develop digital marketing solutions including but not limited to: text to win, email, social media, mobile advertising• Work strategically with clients to understand event vision• Ensure marketing’s event planning services are fully integrated into station key events• Provide overall event strategy and direction for events• Deliver ideas and insight on best ways to market events and work with MPD to execute concepts• Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions; managing all aspects of the event from location to client needs and marketing of our stations. • Develop and implement project and communications plans, identify problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution and ensures development of contingency plans and arrangements, proactively escalate potential client or program issues to management for timely resolution• Arranges events on short notice ensuring the same delivery of quality and service• Develop promotional plans based on clients’ needs and goals to increase foot traffic to their particular business• Integrated solution strategy to bring social media from 18K fans to 100K within 1 year, accomplished in 9 months

• Coordinate promotions with MPD • Market analysis and research• Coordinate with the MPD all the needs for each event such as set up and staff to attend.• Overview deliverables for each promotion, and coordinate execution with MPD.• Gather all the recap materials per event per staff member involved.• Regular checkups of equipment and vehicles. Coordinate any fixes.• Assign and schedule all remotes, van hits and live remotes with MPD.Produce, Create and Edit radio commercials.
