The company is focusing on developing biotechnologies based on immune network theory which include a preventative HIV vaccine and a treatment for the facilitation of organ transplants without the need for immunosuppressants.

I worked on buyouts, restructurings, acquisitions, recapitalizations and investments in corporate growth in the North American mid market private equity space. CAI invested $20 million to $75 million of equity capital in each opportunity, with the ability to deploy $100 million+ in special situations with some of their limited partners as co-investors. Throughout my work I was actively involved in all stages of the private equity investment process, from the initial research, financial modeling, and due diligence prior to investing, to monitoring portfolio company performance, developing business strategies including M&A programs, and maximizing exit values.
