I founded the company with another corporate investor, to fill a gap in the market: Performance supplements for public speaking, anxiety, and the performing arts.We worked with a world leader in the health and supplement manufacturing market to develop a formula that not only tackles anxiety, but also increases focus.The initial product launch was met with very positive feedback, and sales grew rapidly.My preference was a lean growth strategy, however, this could only grow the business so far and the decision was made that the level of investment required to grow the business further was too high and too large a risk to take without external funding, which was not an avenue myself or the other directors wanted to take.

This included leading to help Giffgaff become more autonomous with regards to its reporting.In addition to work within IT Finance, I worked on various projects for the Head of Functional costs.

As part of my Graduate programme with Telefónica UK, I spent my first 6 months working in their joint venture with Tesco, Tesco Mobile. Throughout my time in this role, I worked on a variety of projects and tasks aimed at helping other members of the team, whilst also enhancing my knowledge, skills and experience.This has included and continue to include:Aiding in the creation and maintenance of a quarterly Competitor Analysis Pack;The creation, maintenance and analysing of a Stock Cash Flow Forecast;Statutory reporting;Analysing roaming data, and advising on findings (loss making areas, fraud etc.);The creation of a new Delegated Authorities document;and aiding the Commercial Finance team in a variety of areas including the creation of a Breakage Report.
