Leading the Developer Productivity team, which strives to help our customers - the Developers at Adobe - to “write better software, faster.” We do that by packaging the tools they need into integrated workflow templates with hardened security, cost efficiency and observability capabilities. We gamify best practices and bring our offerings to the developer where they work.

Responsible for the global core engineering team for the Adobe Experience Platform, the data and compute platform which powers many Adobe Experience Cloud applications and services. Led a cross-functional engineering effort to create the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform.

Expanded role within the Adobe Cloud Platform group. Responsible for both the Audience Manager Data Management Platform as well as Edge and Streaming Services for Adobe. Edge and streaming services include messaging bus as a service, our low-latency edge data collection infrastructure, real-time and streaming compute as a service and a low-latency edge data store as a service.

Led the Engineering team for Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) - one of the largest Data Management Platforms (DMP) in the world. Started prior to the acquisition of Demdex by Adobe, which then became Adobe Audience Manager. Have managed to rapidly scale the business, team and technology over the past 7 years, when we have consistently been amongst the fastest growing products at Adobe.Acted as architectural, technical and product strategist, setting the long-term vision for the product and successfully executing on this year after year. Helped drive the use of Audience Manager to allow the integration of the Adobe Experience Cloud with respect to Identity and Audiences. Led the establishment of the Experience Cloud Identity service as well as the Adobe Device Co-op.Constantly looking for new opportunities to build cutting-edge products and features. Over the past year, have established a dedicated Data Science team for AAM to evaluate and adopt new capabilities in AI and ML for our customers. Working now to spin out a number of core service capabilities from the AAM stack to enable faster development of new features across the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Manage 2 teams of LAMP-stack developers building the RMX UI and API applications as well as the RMX Technical Support team which provides support to external and internal customers of the exchange. Coordinate all development activities between UI team, offshore API development team, adserver development team and a reporting middleware application dev team. Develop SDLC processes in coordination with QA and Product Management teams ensuring good communication flows, smooth handoffs and successful completion of projects on deadline.

Led technology project teams with between 1 and 10 direct reports. Technology Team Leader for Canada Integration project, integrating USA and CAN codebases.Acted as ClearCase, CVS and Perforce configuration manager and administrator for development team.Team member of the first HotJobs PHP-based development effort, migrating job search to php/apache/bsd. Member of the Yahoo! Local Paranoids information security team. Technology champion on Section 508 compliance project. Engineer on n-tier next-generation architecture for , using HTML, PHP (in Apache) FE, with a Java business logic tier (EJBs running in JBOSS), talking to Oracle 10g (via Hibernate) and MySQL (as a session store from PHP).Technical lead and project planning for the effort to deploy a new resume upload and job apply process, integrating virus scanning and Word->HTML document conversion. Resulted in 50%+ increase in unique resumes created per user and a 30% increase in the apply rate.

Worked as a developer on the Discovery Health Channel web portal. Created the Interwoven Teamsite templating and CMS implementation for the Health site and other properties. Created an XSLT transformation system for third-party sourced DB of diseases/conditions.
