Senior Associate Underwriter
CurrentProviding support to the large account Underwriters by ensuring the accurate processing of new business applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and non- renewals, and analyzing information critical to the underwriting evaluation of our largest and most complex risks and Inova® programs, in support of the Company’s revenue and profitability objectives and overall business plan. Solid analytical and problem solving skills, formulating logical and objective conclusions, strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy and effective communication skills regarding work comp policies. Medical Panel Team Lead, demonstrating accountability and ownership for execution, identifying areas of opportunity and formulating strategies to address, seeing projects to resolution. Responsible for supporting the Shared Services leadership team in the development and implementation of procedures and best practices as well as the technical and professional development of other associate underwriters.
