Lead, support, and oversee the day-to-day management, coordination, and successful completion of over $140 million worth of student housing and interior buildout projects. Currently serve as the project manager for the $13 million interior buildout for CA Ventures’ new office space in downtown Chicago working directly with CA Ventures’ personnel. Responsible for preconstruction, subcontractor buyout, and management of multiple trades at student housing, multifamily, and senior living projects.• Supervise the project work through production control monitoring using Procore, drawings and document review, and communication with subcontractors.• Compile and maintain project budgets and associated costs, including the review and processing of pay applications and change orders.• Create project schedules while evaluating impacts throughout the duration of the project. • Oversee subcontractors through buyout, creating and negotiating subcontracts, and cost management.• Prepare and distribute required reports and evaluations providing safety, schedule, and cost compliance.• Coordinate design and quality documentation, including permits, to ensure strict compliance of all subcontracts to project requirements.• Oversee on-site field activities to ensure project day to day tasks are being completed while proactively identifying solutions to problems.• Defined and built out the process for completing the amenity budgets from the ground up for all company projects.

Ensured that construction work complied with engineering principles, cost guidelines, reporting requirements and field engineering activities for the multi-family and senior living project division. Assisted and supported project team with daily project coordination and field supervision of the Wolf Point East tower: a $250 million, 60 story high rise residential building in downtown Chicago. Collaborated with the developer, architect and subcontractors throughout the duration of the project from the start of foundation work to the completion of interior punch list.• Generated and distributed required daily documentation including RFI’s, Submittals, and look-ahead schedules.• Organized punch list operation and sign off of 698 residential units, four amenity levels, and mechanical spaces.• Managed subcontractors and self-perform work through field observation, productivity tracking, pay application review and change order management.• Reviewed contract drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.• Formulated and documented field reports in PlanGrid to verify items were successfully completed and fulfilled contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing requirements. • Assisted with construction and analysis of three-dimensional digital models (BIM) for project constructability analysis, coordination activities, quantity takeoffs, conceptual estimates, cost analysis, scheduling and other communication purposes.• Heightened safety knowledge through modules, OSHA 30-Hour and CPR certification and created an electronic daily and THA form to enhance safety culture on the jobsite.
