Served as Acxiom’s Audience Operating System's Data Solution Architect while spending 4 months onsite with the teams in Foster City, California. Upon returning to Arkansas focused on supporting Acxiom’s numerous data products and their usage in Acxiom’s digital offerings. • Strengthened company’s bottom line by providing expert consultation on the Acxiom data and products (Abilitec and Infobase) with the teams developing Acxiom’s Audience Operating System. Identified and helped resolve oversights in the solution design and proposed use of that data in the solution. Implementation of my suggested improvements resulted in a 20+% higher match rate with the Premium Publishers. • Helped design and lead the introduction of a new product for Household ID. • Facilitated a complete review of Acxiom’s NCOA product usage within P&E in preparation for a USPS audit. INNOVATION ACCELERATION EXECUTIVE, Rapid Innovations Team• Accountable for facilitating the development and productizing of new ground-breaking technologies tied specifically to client opportunities. Resulted in Acxiom’s On Premises data delivery platform which bought and utilized by large key clients as well as laying the ground work for other major partnerships where the complications around the transmission of personally identifiable data by either party was prohibitive.• Designed and led the development of a privacy compliant hash based solution that retained the power of Acxiom’s Abilitec, Email data products, Phone Data and reference base.• Exceeded expectations with the client/partner with the above solution by achieving high match rates. • Created technical and sales documentation and provided Product Management and Sales Support for the solution.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, Enterprise Architecture• Spearheaded the creation and execution of Acxiom’s Architecture Review governance function. • Reviewed over 100 proposed data based marketing solution architectures.• Developed standards for solutions as well as hardware configurations.TECHNICAL ADVISOR, Research• Provided technical vision and direction in Acxiom’s research group. • Primary projects were Digital Abilitec and a project proposing a fundamental transformation of the way Acxiom would provide its data to clients (patent pending).TECHNICAL ADVISOR, Campaign Management Applications • Provided technical vision and direction to Acxiom’s campaign management solutions. INDUSTRY SOLUTION ARCHITECT, Retail• Strong contributor in all phases of the sales cycle including technical sales support, requirements gathering, design, development, implementation and production support.• Led the development and implementation of marketing databases and the Acxiom Explorer campaign management and segmentation application for several very well-known retail clients.SOLUTION ARCHITECT, Onsite Project Liaison• Spearheaded the opening of an Acxiom office in Raleigh, North Carolina and moved onsite to work with a startup company named Ceres in which Acxiom had purchased a 25% equity. • In this endeavor my responsibilities were primarily that of industry solution consultant, product development and project management consultant and liaison between the two companies on our shared projects and implementations. • Ceres grew from 15 people to 90 people during the two years we were there and sold themselves to NCR Teradata, returning 4 times Acxiom’s initial investment.• Acxiom used Ceres’ campaign management and analytics application for a time as the primary tool in its “Solvitur for Retail” solution for customers.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, Customer Specific Development, Publishing• Led a team which did customer specific modifications to a complex software system for the product fulfillment, customer service and marketing for a large magazine publisher.• As part of this role I moved my family to Ohio and spent 6 months onsite with the client during the implementation. This was our first installation of this software at a customer site (we had always hosted for customers previously) and this presented many challenges.• In addition to leading the technical team I also became the account team representative for that account. TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, Product Packaging and Outsourcing • Worked in a business development group as the lead technical representative. We worked on packaging and selling two of Acxiom’s proprietary systems as well as selling computer outsourcing services. • In this role I did some programming but also was involved as technical support on sales calls, gathered customer requirements, managed cross–divisional project teams in our company and with customers and did technical support for customers.

Managed the development team responsible for Acxiom’s Convert system, an early ETL utility.

Was the primary programmer responsible for the Acxiom Convert system. This system gave account service personnel an interface for converting files received from customers into the Acxiom standard format for inclusion in databases.
