Refapp's vision is "the future of referencing", i.e. to digitize, streamline and increase the validity of recruitment reference check processes. Refapp's web-based tool gives users full control over their reference checks. Significant time savings, GDPR compliance and higher validity are effects of competency based digital reference checks.
