• Led the creation of an enterprise SaaS offering that enabled the expansion of install base and implementation of flagship partner, Costco.

• Defined the product vision for the operational businesses units and managed a team of program managers that consolidated previously disparate business systems/functions into a single, web-based technology solution that enabled the Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Inventory Allocation teams at Walmart.com to scale to a $1 Billion USD plus organization.• Led the standardization of the on-boarding process for Direct Ship Vendors (DSV) at Walmart.com, enabling expansion of the DSV program to 80+ partners. • Led the design / development of the Inventory Allocation Tool, enabling the Network Strategy team to optimize the allocation of owned inventory across the Walmart.com distribution network based on geographic demand and minimize outbound transportation costs.

• Defined the requirements, designed and managed the development of an Internet based Supply Chain Management Tool (SCMT), that enabled the Supply Chain team to manage the procurement and tracking of owned inventory across the Walmart.com distribution network. • Led the requirements definition, vendor selection and implementation of an Enterprise Planning & Forecasting suite (Manugistics), delivering a product to the business in less that five months from start to finish.

• Documented operational business requirements and designed highly integrated, repeatable purchase order, transportation, customs house brokerage and warehousing Internet based supply chain visibility solutions within the UPS-SCS Flex Global View product offering for Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, The Home Depot and Lucent Technologies. • Reengineered the business processes and technology employed at the nodes of an international freight movement to link and provide visibility of disparate transactions, enabling the UPS Trade Direct ™ strategic product offering. • Developed and executed surveys, focus groups and usability studies to manage and prioritize the development of non-customer specific product enhancements for Flex Global View.
