For several clients including one of the largest U.S. fast-food chains, developed Tableau reports with activities which included profiling data, Python scripting, writing SQL and integrating data from Athena, Redshift, Azure, Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.At a top ten U.S. bank, rebuilt reporting tables using technologies such as SQL, Hive/Hue, XML, Python, and Snowflake in AWS.For a New York State data migration project, performed exploratory data analysis in Azure, SQL Server, and Sybase using SQL, Python and Pandas, documented data engineering requirements, led client meetings, wrote QA scripts, and designed internal processes to facilitate work.As the lead data consultant at a top three US bank, projects included projects digital asset inventory, a workforce alignment application, and sales practices dashboards. The work covered developing and implementing sales risk metrics, maintaining compliance with consent orders, defining reporting programs, and working with clients to document legacy business processes and design new technological frameworks to support improved processes.For a Philadelphia transportation agency, managed over 45 SQL Server instances and over 400 databases ranging from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2014 which incorporated web applications, train and bus scheduling, station signage, finance, and HR. Other work included the database security and server upgrades; building of a clustered SQL Server 2012 server used to manage the train fleet, and supporting database design, creation, and testing activities.At another client, delivered a highly standardized and an ETL framework with over 200 integration packages using SSIS, SQL Server 2014, and Team Foundation Server.In CapTech's Philadelphia office, participated in the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Cohort, led monthly meetings for the Data Analytics team, and mentored junior data analysts.

Instituted and managed off-shore QA and reporting teams, administered Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise reporting server, and managed the transition from OBIEE to Tableau reporting.

Designed BI architecture for a health insurance data application based on SQL Server, Oracle, Business Objects, and Logi Analytics; and implemented upgrade from BO XI R2 to BO XI 3.1.

Led 10 analysts who provided executive and operational reporting for division; transitioned reporting from Microsoft Access to Oracle and Crystal Reports; and designed a web-based system for enterprise users to manage business goals.
