Commencing my career at AH as a Project Surveyor and finishing my employment as a Project Manager, I had the unique opportunity to be involved in a great deal of different projects throughout the country. My responsibilities included: - Managing field and office operations, including the daily scheduling of field crews and time management of office staff. - Developing cost estimates and project plans for small boundary surveys to large renewable energy projects. - Managing the financial aspect of projects from budgeting to invoicing and collections. - Provided business development strategies and implemented them. - Responsible for overseeing ALTA/ACSM land title surveys and boundary surveys including PA 132 surveys as a licensed surveyor in the State of Michigan. - Assist professional surveyor with boundary resolution and determination, including the necessary research. - Prepare boundary surveys including PA 132 surveys. - Prepare easement exhibits, topographical drawings and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. - Prepare PA 74 land corner recordation certificates. - Prepare plat and exhibit 'B' condominium documents. - Perform field surveying, both as a crew member and crew chief. - Provide mentorship of junior project survey staff.
