Responsible to implement established procedures and manage the on scene activities in response to emergency conditions. Provide direction to the on duty personnel during all fire, emergency medical services, hazardous materials, confined space, trench rescue and security response. Completed required training to be certified as a New Jersey State Emergency Medical Technician, Fire Instructor Level 1, Fire Inspector and Fire Official. Also provided employees with an annual written Performance Appraisal and Performance Improvement Plans, when deemed necessary.
