Responsible for supporting the Professional and Operational Development (POD) team in the development and execution of a comprehensive training schedule for the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) through the application of adult learning theories, design techniques and best practices to develop, implement, and evaluate strategic training initiatives in collaboration with subject matter experts and consultants. Develop content for in-person and virtual instructor-led trainings, and on-demand courses, create training materials and job aids, and evaluate programs utilizing qualitative and quantitative metrics. Assist the POD team in developing training plans, performance management objectives, and the administration of the LMS and other associated modules and programs.

● Design self-paced and blended learning assets to support organizational business priorities. ● Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.● Consult with business unit stakeholders on learning needs assessments, curriculum design, and program evaluation.● Achieved 100% completion across all business units for mandatory annual compliance training. ● Implemented new eLearning creator platform, Learning Management System and gaming platform to enhance the online and blended learning experience.● Designed DEI 101 course for regional credit unions for the Maryland, DC Credit Union Association (MDDCCUA) and appointed to the SECU DEI Council in 2022.

Research, design, and develop engaging learner-centered programs using blended, instructor-led training, and eLearning delivery methods. Consult and collaborate with business units to identify training needs and new initiatives as a member of the Organizational Learning team.

Design and instruct training programs for a 300,000 member federal employee union on various topics including union representation, leadership, federal workers' compensation, communications, and collective bargaining.Coordinate regional and online training events for union leaders, activists, and staff. Develop online training using Citrix GoToTraining and Blackboard Collaborate to deliver synchronous online education and Articulate Storyline to develop asynchronous training modules.

Responsible for designing and implementing the Center's curriculum development program. Serve as the liaison for health, safety and emergency response training initiatives.

Direct and lead the day-to-day operations of the team to design and develop high-quality educational offerings that ensure BOMI remains competitive in the educational and learning needs of property, facility and building maintenance professionals. Department objectives include developing the instructor team, expanding online course offerings and improving the curriculum development process.

Responsible for executing education policies, programs and services for the 288,000 member international union representing fire fighters and paramedics. Oversaw the administration of first responder grant funded training programs and the union's labor education initiatives. Served as the staff liaison for the Executive Board and leadership on education and diversity issues.

Implemented labor education initiatives including seminars, online training, annual leadership and human relations conferences and scholarship programs. With a staff of four, designed and developed over 30 training programs for union leaders in both collective and non-collective bargaining environments. Expanded course offerings for classroom and online delivery, including new programs on negotiations, labor history, grievance arbitration, organizing and political action that resulted in increased member participation. Coordinated the development of the IAFF National Labor College scholarship.

Managed the daily operation of federal health and safety training grants for first responders. Coordinated a national team of instructors providing first responder hazardous materials training. Assisted in the design and development of online training modules.

Managed training and research projects for a non-profit national housing association. Provided instructional design on various topics related to the homebuilding industry. Served as a focus group moderator for corporate clients.
