I was responsible for developing candidate attraction, retention and talent pool strategies. Liaising with line managers to create job briefs and manage the search and selection process: screening & shortlisting; conducting first round interviews; managing candidate's expectations right through to offer stage and their induction on their first day. In addition to recruiting, I liaised with an external HR agency to provide internal HR support handling general queries & grievances through to disciplinary issues.
