Cam Pro Utility Solutions was a premier utility solutions service provider, amassing in less than 8 months over 85,000 smart meter installations to which Cam Pro has installed more Commercial Industrial Smart meters than any service provider in the Province of Ontario. • Maintain and enhance current client relations and business opportunities, net expansion of new business in excess of 47%• Author and prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and Procurement Requests• Research and Procurement of automated field installation computer systems• Assembled, managed and trained strategic personnel to support the commercial and industrial utility meter installation market place• Captured new business ventures that amassed over 250,000 smart meter installations both on a residential and commercial level• Through process improvement strategies, achieved profit margins 14% above forecast.• Finalized and implemented an ISO 9001:2000 compliant procedure manual to support business functions

Promoted & mandated to manage Ozz/Trilliant’s energy field services group, managing over 350 employees based in excess of 90 cities nationally. Responsibilities included managing Trilliant’s field services division, development and adherence of operational financial budgets, sales forecasts, ISO Quality Management system, field operations, & national sales/marketing programs including RFP submissions.• Created new operational strategies to enhance efficiencies in OZZ Smart Meter Installation Field channel, with the launching of 41 new projects, achieving profit margins 19% above forecast• Spearheaded the development and execution of a new service business plan which included re-branding of the corporation, new advertising initiatives and new utility field services offerings. As a result Sales increase of 50% in 2003 • Authored and migrated from the ISO 9002 to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. Operational improvements resulted in a 10% Gross Margin increase• Seamlessly managed all aspects of operations, fleet and equipment management ( over 90 vehicles), product, services, and new market development strategies resulting in achieving 20% above forecasted sales growth expectations annually• Ensured corporate compliancy to all governmental regulations for example; Ontario Energy Board, Ministry of Labour, Ontario Health and Safety Act, and Ministry of Transportation• Completed all market RFP submissions

Successfully created and launched MDMA Incorporated (Meter Data Management Agents), a company formed with an ideology to structure its business offerings to meet both the needs of the regulated utility industry, and provided deregulation and energy management consulting services to the private industry as well.
