In November 2020, HUB24 Limited acquired the Portfolio Administration Services product from Ord Minnett Limited, resulting in the transition of the product and all operational staff from Ord Minnett to HUB24.In addition to managing and leading the operations team through this major change management piece, I was a key stakeholder on the transition project team, acting as an operations stream lead and a technical SME.
