I implemented and tested new lottery software for the Minnesota State Lottery. I ensured compliance with state procedures of our nightly drawing show for the Minnesota State Lottery games such as Daily 3, Northstar Cash, Gopher 5, Lucky for Life, All or Nothing and Powerball and Mega Millions. I created graphs for executive staff using Microsoft Excel of Lotto Games sales trendsI trained new employees on game and drawing procedures when needed.I assisted the marketing department with set up at events and was the drawing professional at these events to make sure that drawing procedures were followed correctly. I performed a daily audit of sales data to insure accurate information for our department.I updated lottery results and winners on website using content management tool. I entered coupon promotion requests from lottery sales reps / retailers to help promote certain lottery games and on-going promotions.
